The CDH Hotel with its two internal meeting rooms has been designed as the perfect place in which to organise a work event in Bologna.
The Meeting Rooms, “La Turrita” which covers 96 square metres and “La Rossa” which covers 41 square metres, can accommodate a maximum of 80 and 30 people respectively with appropriately arranged seating. Neither of the rooms have any pillars which makes it possible to move the rooms around with complete freedom in order to accommodate your exact requirements and any kind of configuration you may have in mind, depending on the type of event you are hosting.
Amongst the many advantages these meeting rooms have to offer is the fact that they both have large windows which ensures plenty of strong natural light which also provides a pleasant view of the outdoors. This is a factor that will undoubtedly contribute to making any kind of work meeting more enjoyable and less stressful.
The rooms are fitted out with all the modern comforts and equipment: a video projector and a projector screen, internet access, amplifiers, microphones, flip-charts, notepads and pens. Upon request, it is also possible to use the hospitality desk, secretarial services, photocopying, send faxes, have technical assistance and hire a computer.
The bar is available for coffee breaks as well as for a business breakfast or lunch.
